Introducing Alex the Monkey...

...This shirt has to be my new FAVORITE!

This sweet shirt is heading out to Angie and her son Alex. She contacted me after seeing Parker's shirt and wanted me to custom something special for her son. Alex and Parker are the best of buds. How cute are they going to be with their sweet Maggie Moo Original shirts on!?!

This shirt has a TON of detail, which I love to do and feel as though with more practice, I am getting better at. I backed this shirt with some adorable blue dots fabric, then some yummy chocolate felt, orange and white dot Amy Butler fabric (my favorite fabric designer ever!!!), cute facial features and some navy groovy buttons and Alex the Monkey came to life.

I loved making this shirt and hope that Alex loves wearing it! Thanks for your order Angie. I can't wait to hear what you and Mr. Alex thinks of his new shirt!

Introducing Harper the Owl...

A great teacher friend of mine is expecting her first baby this summer.

Her name is going to Harper.

She contacted me and asked if I could make Ms. Harper a sweet little girlie owl shirt. I think that it came out too cute and I just hope that Nicki and Don love it as much as I loved making it.

Harper has some adorable Chocolate Lollipop designer fabric for her body and face, hot pink fabric and soft pink felt for her wings, some cool brown embossed felt for the branch, and of course buttons for her eyes.

Thank you for your order, Nicki! I can't wait to meet Ms. Harper. Your going to be such an amazing mommy. I am blessed to work with wonderful teachers, such as you.
I hope you love her!

I am THRILLED with all of my mentions lately. I have the best people in my life and some of the coolest the kiddos wearing and owning Maggie Moo Originals. It is such a humbling experience to read such nice words about you and your work.

Erin's sweet son received the Maggie Taggie Blanket with Parker the VW on it and LOVES it. She was so sweet with her mention about me on her blog with the adorable pictures of Finnegan with his blanket. I am so glad he loves it. Those blankets are so soft...I am thinking about making myself one!! :)

Here is a sweet picture of Finnegan asleep with his Maggie Taggie Blanket. Thanks Erin for your sweet mention and I am so glad that Finn loves it! To check out the rest of her mention, click HERE.

Erica, mom to Parker (Parker the VW w/ Surfboard) and Jazmyne (Ms. Edna, Themla, and Louise) left another sweet mention on her blog about me and my Maggie Moo Creations. Craziest thing, I ran into her and her sweet kiddos the other day at the Nashville Zoo and Ms. Jazmyne was wearing her adorable shirt.

Thank you, Erica, for your awesome mention! I am so glad that Jazmyne loves her shirt. You have a beautiful family. Thank you for your business! To read the rest of her mention, click HERE.

Maggie Taggie Blanket for Mr. Finnegan...

This sweet Maggie Taggie Blanket is for a very special little man.

Erin is a sister to one of my most favorite people in the world. I work with her sister, Beth, at one of my schools. Erin and I have never met, but Beth always tells me that I remind her of her sister...which she loves because she doesn't get to see her that often. Erin's little sweetie is Mr. Finnegan. He is adorable and through all the pictures that I have seen, has to have the best personality.

Erin contacted me to order a Maggie Taggie Blanket for him. She wanted an adorable "Parker the VW with surfboard" on top to accent one of the sides. I LOVE all the ribbons that I picked for this taggie. I think that blue and chocolate brown are too cute together. I carefully placed all the ribbons and triple stitched them down for added security. I used one of the ribbons for my logo tag and added some awesome buttons for the wheels on the VW and the rest was history.

These taggies are a ton of work...but, I love them. They are super-duper soft and Maggie loves her taggie blanket that I made her.

Thank you so much Erin for your order and business. I can't wait to see little Finnegan with his taggie blanket. I hope you love it!

...I would love to custom make your little sweetie a Maggie Taggie Blanket...

...I would also LOVE your feedback on this one...What do you think?...

Sweet Savannah in Georgia the Giraffe...

This awesome shirt is for the sister to adorable Parker...Jazmyne!

After receiving Parker's shirt, Erica contacted me and wanted something special for her beautiful daughter Jazmyne. I think it turned out too cute! She is my sweet niece, Anna's, age so it was so fun to create something for a older child/tween. She said that both her and her daughter had a great love for birds, which is right up my alley.

I hope that she loves it...
Thank you so much for your order, Erica.

I can't wait to see pictures of Jazmyne and Parker together in their Maggie Moo Original creations!

My Third Mention...

It is such an awesome feeling to know that someone loves your work.

Today in class, I taught a little boy how to shoot a basketball the "proper" way...he was so excited he told me he couldn't want to go home and tell his mom.
That was the best moment of the day, until I read this awesome mention about me from Erica.

Her sweet son was the little boy that inspired Parker the VW. His name is Parker and he just looks like a box of fun! He loves his shirt and his mom was so sweet to write such nice things about me and my work on her blog.

On her blog, she said that Parker loves the buttons that are the wheels the best...This picture is of little Parker "hugging" his shirt!

Isn't that just adorable!

Would love it if you could check it out! You can link to it HERE!

Thanks a million Erica for your sweet mention and post about me. I loved this project and can't wait to start working on Ms. Jazmyne's shirt!

Introducing Wilma the Whale...

Who doesn't love whale watching?

This adorable onesie is so adorable. I found this amazing whale pattern fabric, both in hot pink for girls and blue for the boys. I love it. I can't get enough of it. Ms. Wilma was so fun to make. She wraps around the side of the onesie for that extra sweet touch. She has a double layered eye with a blue and white button.

I love her and think she is going to be a huge hit..or at least, I hope!!

An Apple A Day Keeps The Worms Away with Mr. Willy...

...Introducing Mr. Willy the Apple-Eating Worm...

I absolutely love this onesie. It is appliqued with some adorable springy fabrics and a little nerdy button for his eyes. I know that the button is pink, but I think that he is a he.

Mr. Willy is his name and chewing through apples is his game.

....Would love to know what you think...

Sweet Maggie & Buttercup...

Ms. Maggie wore her sweet Buttercup the Butterfly shirt today while our friends, Kim & Chris came over for their sweet little Jack's 3 month photo shoot with Josh.

I think it looked so cute on her. She loved the button for the butterfly's head. She loved to pick at it. I swear, she is the happiest baby in town!

Introducing Buttercup the Butterfly...

...Introducing Buttercup the Butterfly...

This sweet shirt is for my sweet Maggie.

I have been dying to get her spring clothing started, so this was the perfect start. I found this adorable bright pink shirt and had to have a butterfly flying it's way around on it. I love this citrus green with the sweet pink color for spring.

I hope that Maggie Moo loves it!

A Flower for Sweet Lilly...

...This sweet flower shirt was a custom order for a new friend in Indiana...

Amy B. ordered this shirt for her daughter Lilly. I can't wait for Amy and Lilly to receive it...Lilly is a beautiful little girl and she is going to be so sweet in this shirt this summer.

This shirt was custom made with lots of beautiful designer fabrics. I patchworked the center part of the flower for that extra touch of detail.

Introducing Parker the VW Bug...

I LOVE this design. This one may just be my favorite one so far.

...This shirt is a custom order for a new friend in Murfreesboro, Erica and her son Parker...

Erica contacted me wondering if I could do something for her little boy. She loved my designs, but said that he needed something more boyish...I was thrilled. I have been dying to try out a new idea I had swimming around about a VW bug (older style) with a surfboard on top...I love it.

I used this awesome green and blue dot fabric with some red for the surfboard. The two buttons for wheels are just the right touch.

I have had several people tell me that they love my items, but everything is girlie! I did do two boy shirts and you can find them here. I love doing boys stuff as well, just seems like all of my orders lately were for girlie girlies.

I hope that Erica loves it and that little Parker thinks it is cool! I think Parker is a great addition to the Maggie Moo Family. Thanks Erica for your business...This was such a fun project!

Introducing Betsy the Birdie...

I LOVE birds.
I have such a neat connection to birds. I don't know why, but I do. I do remember has a child, my grandfather Charles, who I also love, teaching me about birds. He had this neat book describing all the types and where they were most popular. I loved that book. Maggie's nursery is decorated in birds and I often call her my little birdie. I am just drawn to them.

I love this onesie. It is for Ms. Kaylor...soon-to-be daughter to Courtney. She is such a special friend and I hope she loves it. She has had a hard and difficult pregnancy...I know that she will be so thrilled to meet Ms. Kaylor. She is already so loved!

Introducing Georgia the Giraffe...

...This was a custom order for a new friend out in Murfreesboro...

Amy L. requested a cute giraffe for her little sweetie. I think it turned out too cute, the pictures just don't do her justice. She is in shades of sweet brown and pink...LOVE that combination. I used some of my favorite chenille fabric paired with the pink and brown diamonds for the backing. Georgia is made with brown and pink polka dot fabric with stitching circles for the extra detail. Two pink little buttons for eyes and Georgia immediately came to life!

I love her and I hope that Amy and her little cutie will too!

Thanks so much for your order Amy! I can't wait for you to receive her!

K is for Kaylor...

One of my great co-workers is having a baby soon...naming her Kaylor. We are all very excited and it has been a great experience for Courtney and I to become so close, seeing as though we will both have sweet girls to share.

I have worked with Courtney for the past two years at one of my schools and she is awesome! She is going to be such a great mommy.

I wanted to make her something special for sweet baby Kaylor. I still have some other things in the works, but this was the first special Maggie Moo gift.

I hope she will love it and I can't wait to meet Ms. Kaylor.

My Second Mention...

I am so stinkin' thrilled...A great friend of my sister's, Brea, was kind enough to mention my work and designs on her blog. Alison Bynum is a very talented photographer located in Smyrna, TN and she has a beautiful daughter named Norah.

She ordered the ever so adorable Lola the Ladybug shirt from me. She loved it so much, she was kind enough to include it in Ms. Norah's 9 month panel of photos. She even included a whole write up about Maggie Moo Designs...How awesome and exciting is that!

Thanks a million Alison and I look forward to working again with you soon!

Ms. Norah in Her Lola Shirt...

Norah's mom, Alison, just sent this to me.

She has on her adorable Lola the Ladybug shirt that I made her. How cute is this!
